In 1993 she founded PG Management, a musical theater

a high professional level, and focuses on finding them
jobs that further their careers.
She then co-produced and played in the TV series Rita's
Wunderbar in Germany. She was the first Black American
Women to ever co-produce
a television series in Germany (96/97).
She helped many musicians obtain jobs, because she insisted
that the artists must play and sing live on the show,
so they could show their real talents. This enabled them
to receive work from producers and directors
and promoters that watched the show.
